We are an active corporate citizen in the societies where we operate. We believe that we can create lasting value by engaging with partners that develop societies and at the same time support our business strategy.

We believe that the future lies in the youth of today and therefore we want to focus on investing in young people and their education. In addition, we continue to focus on improving digital equality in society, strengthening digital competencies and skills among disadvantaged groups.

Our Sustainability Steering Group, authorized by the Board of Directors, annually reviews our societal engagements. Our selection of partners is based on community-need assessments made in co-operation with local business operations. Our societal engagements give our employees the opportunity to take part in these projects and do good for the society around us.

Tietoevry-NASSCOM Foundation 'Tech For Good' Program

Through the Tietoevry-NASSCOM Foundation joint CSR partnership program 'Tech For Good', we aim to accelerate technology innovation and adoption for social good. This is a unique social innovation program, in which experienced technology and business professionals from Tietoevry are offering their knowledge and insights and providing mentorship to some selected NGOs. Catalytic grants will be provided to the NGOs at the end of the program.

Lila Poonawalla Foundation

Lila Poonawalla Foundation is a non-profit public charitable trust in India committed towards 'Creating women leaders for organizations and the society at large'. As part of the LPF undergraduate scholarship and skill building program, Tietoevry India has sponsored Bachelor of Engineering after Diploma education for over 130 deserving girls since 2014.

Identity Foundation

Identity Foundation is a charitable trust in Pune that aims to help socio-economically challenged children with various initiatives and activities. Since 2007, Tietoevry India is supporting two Identity Foundation's Mobile Learning and Infotainment Centre (MLIC) buses where children can get literacy as well as life skills education.

Yuva Parivartan

Tietoevry is partnering with Yuva Parivartan to provide livelihood training to underprivileged youth from urban slum areas in Pune and Bengaluru through vocational and capacity and skill building initiatives.

The Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Narainpur

Established in 1985, the Ramakrishna Mission Ashram in Narainpur, is a humanitarian and social service organisation that has been providing medical services, relief and rehabilitation activities, and educational services to the tribal population of Abujhmarh, Chhattisgarh. Tietoevry India has been collaborating successfully with the ashram since 2017-18 to provide healthcare and education to the needy and deprived tribal population.

Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF)

The PMNRF renders immediate relief to families of those affected by natural calamities like floods, cyclones and earthquakes, etc. and the victims of the major accidents and riots. Assistance from PMNRF is also rendered to partially defray the expenses for medical treatment like heart surgeries, kidney transplantation, cancer treatment, acid attacks, etc. We are contributing to the Fund and provides relief for the needful for the past two years.

Educait

Tietoevry India, in partnership with EDUCAIT, is driving impactful CSR initiatives aimed at transforming education and fostering personal growth among needy and deserving children by providing financial aid to meritorious students, conducting behavioral coaching, and adopting government schools.

Kraftsamla

Kraftsamla is a collaborative initiative among Swedish companies operating in India, under the umbrella of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce India. In Swedish language, the word “Kraftsamla” translates to “harness our energies” or “gather our forces” together. Kraftsamla aim to catalyse transformative dialogues and empathetic actions towards gender justice in and through companies, members of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce India.

We are deeply committed to support CSR initiatives with Swedish Chamber, UTTAM, Fincham, Chandigarh Rotary Club Service Trust, Vatika High school for Deaf and Dumb, Chandigarh, and Youth for Seva.
