KPIs are linked to Customer’s strategic goals making it possible to continuously evaluate if the team is creating impact from the long-term perspective. KPIs are followed actively and utilized throughout the service. They are also a concrete way to measure and communicate the value delivered by the service.
Platform Engineering service is based on FTE and team model that enables the establishment of a core team which guarantees stability and effective knowledge management. In addition to having the core team, the scalable model also allows the temporary engagement of niche skills or quick scaling if requirements change. The model is based on rolling quarterly ordering cycle.
Our approach combines long-term planning with detailed short-term incremental planning to ensure that we consistently provide value. Stakeholders are interviewed at regular intervals to understand pain points and bottlenecks to decrease the cognitive load of developers and increase developer productivity. This way we can also ensure the reliability of the platform from development to operations and share knowledge between teams.
