Latvijas Mobilais Telefons (LMT) is Latvia’s leading telecom operator, serving over 1,100,000 customers with state-of-the-art mobile and data services. With the country's most extensive communications network, LMT is committed to continuous innovation and digital transformation.

LMT decided to replace its legacy billing system with a more agile, scalable, and efficient solution. Given the complexity of telecom billing operations, the company required expert guidance to select the most suitable billing solution and ensure seamless transition while maintaining uninterrupted service for its customers. Since May 2021, Tietoevry Create team has led a structured consulting engagement to evaluate LMT’s IT landscape and recommend a suitable billing system.
