The main requirement from the customer was for their employees to find data and related information across several systems when working on specific tasks and to be able to reuse the data in different applications. At the same time, it was also important to make sure that the safety regulations were met, and that information is available to the correct target groups.
Information from multiple systems is integrated, processed, and harmonized using the Findwise i3 platform utilizing Elasticsearch for indexing. Several different types of data are combined and made available in a modern single page web search application fitted for various user needs. Information can be queried when performing specific tasks where related information is needed.
The safety demands within the energy sector is extremely strict. The customer has well-defined and highly regulated processes that ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations. Safety culture and safety work represent important aspects of staff training and is something that is worked with continuously. Experiences are logged and processed in an orderly fashion.
