The solution
With a cloud based case, record and document management solution Public 360°, the employees of the municipality Tromsø can work from anywhere at any time. That feature proved to be vital when Norway went into lockdown in March 2020.
About the customer
Tromsø is a city in northern Norway nicknamed “The Northern Paris” and is a major cultural hub above the Arctic Circle. It’s famed as a viewing point for the beautiful Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis), the never ending midnight sun from June to August, and the friendly and outgoing population.
The municipality of Tromsø have over 70 000 inhabitants and of which there are around 600 people within the administration of the municipality using Public 360° on a daily basis.

Municipal start-up loans help people who have long-term problems with getting a mortgage from a normal bank to buy or make adaptations to their own home. In some cases the municipality may provide a grant as well as the start-up loan.
