Joint controllership arrangement
LinkedIn is the most used social networking platform for working professionals on the globe. As many decision makers and decision influencers are present on LinkedIn, most companies utilize the marketing capabilities provided by LinkedIn to reach current and potential customers.
When companies decide to utilize the marketing capabilities within LinkedIn platform, which LinkedIn has specifically decided to develop for those purposes, then there can be circumstances where LinkedIn and the company who runs marketing activities on LinkedIn become joint controllers and following the responsibilities of the parties must be described.
The arrangements between Tietoevry and LinkedIn are described in the sections below.

LinkedIn provides analytics data to Tietoevry in an aggregated form related to how Members interact with Tietoevry’s page.
