Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Tietoevry

Tietoevry Corporation        STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE        15 February 2024 1:00 p.m. EET

The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 13 March 2024 that for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 a total dividend of EUR 1.47 per share be paid in two instalments.

The first dividend installment

• Dividend amount: EUR 0.735
• Declared currency: Paid in euro. Dividends payable to Euroclear Sweden registered shares will be forwarded by Euroclear Sweden AB and paid in Swedish crowns. Dividends payable to shares registered in Euronext Securities Oslo/Verdipapirsentralen ASA (VPS) will be forwarded by Nordea Bank Plc's branch in Norway and paid in Norwegian crowns.
• Last day including the right to dividend: 13 March 2024
• Ex-dividend: 14 March 2024
• Dividend record date: 15 March 2024
• Payment date: beginning from 3 April 2024
• Date of approval: subject to the decision by the Annual General Meeting to be held on 13 March 2024

The second dividend installment

• Dividend amount: EUR 0.735
• Declared currency: Paid in euro. Dividends payable to Euroclear Sweden registered shares will be forwarded by Euroclear Sweden AB and paid in Swedish crowns. Dividends payable to shares registered in Euronext Securities Oslo/Verdipapirsentralen ASA (VPS) will be forwarded by Nordea Bank Plc's branch in Norway and paid in Norwegian crowns.

• Ex-date: 20 September 2024
• Dividend record date: 23 September 2024
