Tietoevry Industry announces efficiency measures to strengthen financial performance and drive technological innovation

Tietoevry Industry, one of Tietoevry’s specialized businesses, delivers customer-centric, AI enabled and data-driven software solutions and products to specialised segments and niche markets in the private and public sectors.

Over the past year, Tietoevry Industry has faced a decline in revenue and profit margins, necessitating actions to restore profitability and ensure sustainable growth. Consequently, Tietoevry Industry has initiated efficiency measures and will reduce approximately 130 roles in total across all its Product Units, and several operating countries. The measures are part of a broader initiative to align operations with market demands and financial performance, and to enhance Tietoevry Industry’s capacity to invest in rapidly evolving technologies. The employee processes are conducted according to the legislation and practices in each country and are estimated to be concluded by the end of Q2 2025.
