Ahlstrom-Munksjö has extended its collaboration with TietoEVRY. Driving further digital enabled business modernization in over 40 plants and converting units globally, the renewal is based on Tieto Integrated Paper Solution (TIPS), and also includes related application and platform services.
Ahlstrom-Munksjö is a global leader in fiber-based materials, supplying innovative and sustainable solutions to its customers worldwide. The agreement with TietoEVRY covers the building, global roll-outs and maintenance of Ahlstrom-Munksjö’s business critical MES (Manufacturing Execution System), including related application and platform services.
The new TietoEVRY’s TIPS system digitizes and automates Ahlstrom-Munksjö’s key business processes and improves internal agility. TIPS provides real-time data and full transparency to all mill operations, improving both efficiency and profitability. Digitalization also enhances customer experience and enables new business models and digital business.
