I first joined the company in March 2022, and later returned in November 2023. I specialize in managing healthcare and welfare projects for Tietoevry Care.
After leaving Tietoevry, I worked as a Management Consultant in the Finnish healthcare domain. However, when Tietoevry offered me the opportunity to be part of a challenging multivendor project that hadn't been done in years, I couldn't resist. The chance to contribute to a meaningful project and have an interesting career path made me come back.
What I value the most at Tietoevry is the way of working and the people. These were the very things that I also missed the most when I was away. There are times when your calendar is full of meetings and tasks, but the workday always seems to fly by due to the helpfulness of my colleagues and the good team spirit to get things done. What matters is the logo on the front of your jersey, not the name on the back.

It is definitely something that you should ponder. Like any decision in life, there are pros and cons, but in my opinion Tietoevry is one of the best workplaces in the industry.
