Josh became the Chief Executive Officer in April 2022. He joined H&V in 2009 and had served e.g. as the Chief Operational Officer, Vice President and Managing Director, Americas region and Managing Director, Asia Pacific. Josh holds a BS in Agricultural Economics and an MBA from Auburn University.

Michele has years of experience from SCA and DS Smith. He joined RDM in 2016 and has since been responsible of RDM Group's whole mgmt & strategies. RDM is the leading producer in the recycled carton board business and the largest producer in Italy, France, Netherlands and in the Iberian Peninsula.

Paolo is an executive with experience in various professional environments and he has worked at Suzano 15 years. Currently he is responsible for all the company’s operations in the EMEA region. Paolo holds Executive MBA from IMD Business School, B.A. in Business Mgmt and Executive Mgmt Programs.

Mark's over 30 years expertise covers the commercial & operational management of Formula 1 teams, and includes the sport’s regulatory, business and technology landscape. He plays a key role in the digital transformation of Formula 1 and works with drivers and teams at the forefront of the sport.

Mika scored world titles in 1998 and 1999. With 20 race victories and 51 top-three podium finishes to his credit, he ranks among the most successful drivers of all time. He is still closely involved in Formula 1 through brand ambassadorships and business interests including driver management.

Carsten wants to help our customers solve their daily challenges and succeed in their business. He has 26 years experience in ERP and MES systems for the paper and board industry, and in-depth knowledge of the end to end processes, especially in sales and distribution.
