As certified project manager your chance to lead interesting projects increases. The certification gives you a quality stamp of your knowledge and experience as a project manager as well as gives you insights and time to reflect.

If you have experience of working as a project manager and have good knowledge of the PPS model, you have the opportunity to be certified as PPS project manager.

Our certification is based on the PPS model for project management.

How the certification works

The certification is carried out remotely and consists of two parts, a written assignment and a written examination.

• In the assignment you must describe the projects for which you have been project manager and communicate contact information to someone who can verify that you have been a project manager for at least 6 months in the last 2 years.
• The written test consists of multiple-choice questions and questions with descriptive answers

Requirements

In order to initiate the certification steps, the following requirements must be met:

• You have worked as a project manager for at least 6 months, the last 2 years
• You have completed the PPS training program for project managers or PPS Step1 - basic project management before the certification is completed.

Price and booking rules

• Completed certification: SEK 9000 excluding VAT. Invoiced after completion of certification.
• The entire fee is charged if the cancellation is made less than one week before the start and half the charge if the cancellation is made 1-3 weeks before the start.
• In the event that the assignment is not approved, half the fee will be charged.
• If the written test is not approved, the entire fee will be charged.
• Recertification can be carried out for a fee of SEK 4500 excluding VAT.

Validity of certification

PPS certification for project managers is valid for all companies and does not require re-certification

Are you about to appoint or recruit a PPS certified project manager?

A PPS certified project manager has worked as a project manager and proved that he has good theoretical knowledge in the PPS model. This gives you as a client or recruiter a receipt for parts of the person's knowledge and experience.

PPS can verify that a PPS certified project manager has done the following:

• Proved that they were project managers for at least 6 months before certification began
• Passed the written test, which proves good theoretical knowledge in the PPS model
