With the Vacancy Bot, you get a new digital colleague – one that never takes a vacation and always helps you stay on top of vacancies, finds the right skills, and even handles communication with substitutes in a secure and intelligent way.
The Vacancy Bot is your new AI assistant – a automatic ‘colleague’ who stays awake 24/7. It has been developed in close collaboration with our users and their real needs in municipal operations. We believe it will save a lot of time and provide valuable support for our customers.

Smart automation behind the scenes
Behind the scenes, the Vacancy Bot is working based on the settings defined by your organisation. You decide when and how the Vacancy Bot should operate independently – and it can even be tailored for different departments within the municipality. When a staffing need arises, the bot can independently identify suitable personnel, send requests to the right people, wait for responses, and even book replacements – including outside regular office hours. All vacancy activity will be traceable, giving the organisation full visibility of sent requests and confirmed bookings.
Easier for staff to manage their shifts
For employees, managing work shifts becomes simpler too. A new menu option, Requests, makes it easy to respond to messages and keep track of everything – both on mobile and via the web.
Staff on the go? We have got you covered
We know the mobile phone is the main tool for many of us today – which is why we have made it easy to use the Vacancy Bot together with the mobile interface in eCompanion. Staff can quickly respond to vacancy requests, view their schedules and bookings, check pay slips, and even clock in and out – all from their phone.
This does not only makes it easier to stay connected but also helps create a smoother workday with quicker responses, greater flexibility, and less admin.
