After using another system for three years, Gislaved has chosen to once again implement the eCompanion payroll management system.

Their decision highlights the trust they place in Tietoevry’s product and the reliability our system offers in supporting daily processes efficiently.

Gislaved Municipality Adopts eCompanion as a SaaS Solution – Following a Growing Trend

In this implementation, Gislaved has chosen to procure eCompanion as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. This means Tietoevry is responsible for the entire system operation and maintenance, allowing the municipality to focus more on their employees rather than on technical upkeep.

Project Launch in Spring 2025 – With Experienced Professionals on Board

The procurement process was finalized just before Christmas, and the implementation project is now fully underway during spring 2025. A dedicated project group from HR and Payroll, led by an experienced project manager, ensures the project proceeds smoothly. The project manager also provides the customer’s project team with the necessary support and information for a secure and effective start.

Replacing a payroll system is a major project involving many parameters and challenges. However, it is clear that the project team has extensive experience in leading and implementing payroll system transitions. Their proven and professional project model creates a sense of security throughout the entire process
