What we believe is utmost important when planning and implementing generative AI solutions, is the fact that we need to consider the entire lifecycle of the AI solutions. GenAI making it easier to understand tax information
We experimented with a use case aiming to help citizens to understand the relevant tax information from the masses of publicly available documents. The solution is not in production but has functioned as a demo to illustrate how convenient the “ask from a friend” type of user interface can be.
This use case demonstrates well GenAI’s abilities in helping to find answers from large data sets in quickly and user-friendly manner and provide multi-lingual support on the fly.”

Home care work improved with GenAI
This GenAI-powered app has the potential to deliver clear benefits on the social and healthcare sector. The solution was one of the winners of the SOTE AI Hackathon 2024.
We implemented Generative AI app which can assist home care workers with data collection and recording. It also helps if there is a need for language translations. This allows the carers to spend more time with clients themselves.”
